How should i water my tuberose bulbs?

Tuberoses like water! Just not standing water. On the other hand, they can take a bit of drought once they are established if need be.
When you first plant them, if rain is not in the immediate forecast, water them heavily once. Then do not water again until the shoots have emerged.
We try to make sure that our tuberoses get the equivalent of one inch of rain weekly during the growing season, and also after flowering, to encourage growth of new bulbs.
We use drip irrigation on our beds to provide water when mother nature doesn’t, and to be efficient with water usage from our creek.
Once they are well established - well into mid summer, they can survive several weeks without water. They will begin to look dry and the flower stems will not be as vigorous, but they will survive.
Stop watering them a couple of weeks before you plan to start digging them so it'll be easier to get soil off of the bulbs.
If you grow tuberoses in pots, you should water them heavily at least once a week.
